The air conditioning unit made a rattling noise for around three minutes when it restarted, a little distracting.

I found the rooftop bar excellent. the views over the city are very nice, and the atmosphere in the evening felt perfect for cocktails. the executive lounge stood out! the evening cocktails tasted excellent. They were attentive and friendly.
i found limited space for sun loungers around the small pool. catching some rays between tours or shopping was not possible. the beds felt hard and uncomfortable. it reminded me of sleeping on concrete.

The Scarlett rooftop bar offered very nice city views. I appreciated the perfect evening atmosphere for cocktails. The executive lounge also stood out. The staff was genuinely attentive. The evening cocktails and canapés were excellent, I felt very pleased with the warm hospitality.
I found the small pool area had limited space for sun loungers. Catching some rays between tours proved a bit challenging. I think the hotel should add more loungers to provide a better experience.
